EDI Parent Forum invitation

Dear parents/guardians,

As part of the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion vision at KWS, it is crucial to me as the EDI Lead to enable a platform for our students’ parents/guardians to share their experiences based on their time at KWS so far. Therefore, I would like to invite you to an EDI Parent Forum meeting at KWS, where members of SLT will join me to discuss this important subject with you. I will be demonstrating how we deliver EDI at KWS, as well as taking on ideas and feedback from you on how we can make KWS even more inclusive and equitable, encompassing all protected characteristics.

Although this date is still quite some time away, I would like you to think about any topics you would like to consider raising or any ideas you may have in order for us to facilitate a more equitable culture at KWS.
