Leadership Programme run by STEP
Over the past six weeks, our Year 12 students have taken part in a leadership programme run by STEP, designed to strengthen key skills. Throughout the course, students have engaged in activities that developed teamwork, communication, confidence, organisation and bravery – competencies highly valued at KWS.
Well done to all the Year 12 students who participated with enthusiasm and commitment and a big thank you to the STEP team for facilitating.
