Dear parents/guardians,

As part of the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion vision at KWS, it is crucial to me, as the EDI Lead, to enable a platform for our students’ parents/guardians to share their experiences based on their time at KWS thus far in terms of EDI. This could be in relation to your family or child belonging to a community linked to any of the protected characteristics, including groups belonging to different ethnic backgrounds, religion, sexuality etc., and how this has impacted their time at KWS, and/or if you have any ideas on how to better include your specific characteristics.

Therefore I would like to invite you to a Parent Forum at KWS where I, along with members of SLT, will be welcoming you to have a discussion in person, in an open environment.
